when I sell which is rare anymore I always use the BIN with the immediate payment required so the auction stays running until payment is made, just a thing for me though.

Deb, and each time, the buyer never filed a claim cuz they said they could tell that I had packed very well and it wasn't my fault. The item that was missing wasn't even an entire package. It was some china and one single cup and saucer were missin' from the package! LOL We figure that the Customs peeps decided they wanted somethin' a little fancy for their mornin' tea. LOL

Debbie, I've packed extremely fragile items (like fine china) and shipped 'em halfway across the world. I've only ever had 2 or 3 items arrive broken and only 1 item come up missing.

Oh... I didnt know.. I guess you need to add it to your fee's. Not sure how paypal is if you sell a item and is distroyed by the post office if a person makes a claim.? I dont know, I hear of people claiming they didnt get a item putting a claim on paypal and if you dont get some type of tracking # your $#%$#@.. Just wondering how paypal covers that? Does anyone know?? Thanks.

Cowgirl, insurance is not an "add on" anymore. Ya'll can insure but the cost has to be absorbed by the seller in the startin' bid or handlin' fee, etc.
